Refunds

For Events

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a full refund providing the cancellation is before 7 days prior to the event.

There will be no refunds for non-attendance.

If you are unable to attend but you can send someone else in your place, please notify us at least 7 days in advance so that we can update our delegate list.

To do this, please send an email to BSevents@bsigroup.com and attach the email you received when you placed your order with us and also the new attendee's first name, last name and email address.

If you are unable to attend the event on the date you booked, you can transfer to an alternative date, if we have places available. You must do this 7 working days in advance of the event you would like to transfer over to. If there are no alternative dates, then our standard cancellation policy applies.

BSI reserve the right to change or modify this policy without notice to you.
